Project Management and Construction Management are our two main services. They bring together planning, team coordination, construction updates and owner decisions. Budget tracking and help with payment requests support that work when included in your agreement.
Manny serves as CEO & Head of Project & Development, guiding the Group’s project services with experience in residential and commercial development. When your plans also call for capital or valuation advice, we can coordinate those conversations within Stone Oak. Manny leads Stone Oak Advisory Group’s project and development strategy with an owner’s perspective on the work ahead. His 15 years of residential and commercial development experience shape how he approaches project priorities, budgets, schedules and team coordination.
Manny focuses on each owner’s priorities, clear project responsibilities and consistent communication with the team. Before work starts, we agree on Stone Oak’s role alongside the owner’s contractor, designers and other specialists.
