Manny Holguin
CEO & Head of Business Development
Manny leads Stone Oak Advisory Group's strategy, client relationships and partnerships across capital advisory, valuation and project services. His focus is on understanding what clients want to accomplish and helping them find the right people and services.
He brings 15 years of residential and commercial development experience, alongside a background in business leadership. Having approached real estate as a developer, Manny understands how financing, property value, project costs and timing influence an investment decision.
In 2020, he founded Stone Oak Capital Group to connect commercial real estate financing strategy with the realities of owning and developing property. That practical perspective continues to guide the Group's capital advisory, valuation and advisory, and project and development services.
Manny works closely with clients to understand their goals and coordinate the right capital advisory, valuation and project services. His approach centers on clear communication, defined responsibilities and long-term relationships.
