CRM-Published Pipeline
Only opportunities expressly approved for website publication by a Stone Oak administrator appear here. Borrower and guarantor identities remain private.
Qualified investors can still request access below. We will use the stated criteria to share a matching opportunity when an administrator approves it for circulation.
Connected Workflow
Publication is deliberate and reversible. Removing website approval in the CRM removes the opportunity from the public feed without exposing the underlying loan file.
A Stone Oak administrator chooses which CRM deal may be published and approves each public field.
The anonymized opportunity displays its current underwriting stage and the exact approved term-sheet offer.
An interested capital provider requests access and completes identity, eligibility, and confidentiality steps.
The investor reviews the complete confidential file, makes an independent decision, and funds the approved assignment at closing.
Investor Access Request
Reference a published opportunity ID or tell us your preferred loan criteria. Public terms are preliminary and non-binding; the complete file is available only through the controlled investor qualification and diligence process.
Important Information
Published opportunities are preliminary, anonymized, and provided for relationship and evaluation purposes only. A displayed stage or term-sheet offer does not constitute an offer, solicitation, recommendation, commitment, or agreement to sell, assign, purchase, or fund a loan; reserve a loan; constitute final loan approval; or constitute investment, legal, or tax advice. Terms may change or an opportunity may be withdrawn as underwriting, verification, third-party reports, legal review, capital-provider approval, and documentation proceed. Any assignment is transaction-specific and subject to qualification, confidentiality, independent diligence, definitive documents, and applicable law. Private real estate loans are illiquid and involve substantial risk, including default, extension, enforcement expense, property-value decline, and partial or total loss of principal.
