Capital advisory, valuation and project services are three connected strategies within Stone Oak Advisory Group. Start with the question in front of you. When your plans call for more than one service, we can coordinate the conversation around your goals and timing.
We agree on the work, responsibilities and fees for each service. If our capital team is also helping you arrange financing, we explain any potential conflicts and confirm the capital provider’s requirements. The appraiser reaches their own conclusion; our capital team does not decide the property’s value.
Formal appraisals must be prepared by properly licensed, qualified appraisers. Reviews need qualified professionals with any required license. Before accepting appraisal management work, we confirm required registrations and your capital provider’s requirements.
