LTV: Generally, from 50% LTV - 75% LTV; Higher leverage may be considered on a deal-specific basis

REHAB FUNDS: 100% of Rehab Funds

TERM: 12 - 36 Months with one to two 12-month extensions options

RECOURSE: Partial or Non-recourse available

CLOSING TIME: 15 to 45 days to Close Depending On Property

LOAN AMOUNTS: $1,000,000 - $150,000,000+

INTEREST RATE: Starting At SOFR + 4.50%
